Delbrück, 23.01.2012 - The machinery and manufacturing engineer “food technology
Lummer“ from Delbrück will receive the “International FoodTec Award 2012”. The German
Agriculture Association (DLG) will be granting to the firm owner Alfons Lummer the silver
medal for an exemplary innovative project for the food- and supplier industry at the Anuga
FoodTec at the end of March 2012.
This price awards special achievements of products which have been so far developed to
achieve a substantial improvement of the functions or the procedures. Lummer convinced the
top class jury with his sensitive issue “Hygienic and process engineering in the bakery- and
confectionery trades.” A cleaning concept for all company sizes: craft trades, medium sized
companies and Corporations will be profiting from a new modular universal machine which
cuts, decorates and does the packaging of bakery and confectionary goods.
The U-301 developed by food technology Lummer links old and new developed machine
technology together to a perfect interconnected assembly line which you can clean easily to
its last angle. The manufacturing engineer from Delbrück guarantees to his clients in Europe
and Asia a constant flexibility in the production process and as well the promise to keep up
